Jeanne Martel is Managing Director of MedEdNow. She began her career in medical education in 1994 when she joined World Health Communications, Inc as a Project Coordinator. Between the years of 1994 and 2000, Jeanne took on increasing responsibilities while advancing to Project Director and Senior Account Executive. In 2001, Jeanne joined the team at MedEdNow where she has worked as a Vice President, Account Supervisor until her promotion to Managing Director in 2007.

Jeanne specializes in promotional programming for a variety of clients including speaker education programs, advisory programs, webcasts, slide sets, newsletters and many other initiatives. She has overseen the development of several websites - including three speaker education portals - and has worked closely on the development of DVD animations. Her clients have come to rely on her for her direction and guidance, as well as her strategy and solution-oriented ideas.

In addition to the guidance she provides to her clients, Jeanne is very involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and manages a staff of ten including account executives, logistical directors and scientific services. She plays an integral role in new business development, both with existing clients and new opportunities and has been a member of the Senior Management Committee since starting at the company in 2001.

Jeanne has provided support in many therapeutic areas over the course of her career including infectious diseases (HIV/AIDS, HBV, HCV, influenza, herpes), respiratory (asthma, COPD), as well as bipolar disorder, migraine, and diabetes.
